Requirements for Director of Innovation
- Applicant should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any other relevant field.
- A Master’s Degree will be considered an advantage.
- Applicant must have 3 – 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Applicant must have a proven track record of driving successful innovation initiatives.
- Applicant must have experience in the technology industry is a plus.
- Applicant must have strong strategic thinking skills and the ability to develop and execute innovation plans.
- Applicant must have demonstrated experience in leading innovation initiatives from ideation to successful implementation.
- Applicant must have strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform innovation strategies.
- Applicant must have the ability to work independently
- Applicant must have excellent written and verbal communication skills

Requirements for Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Lead
- Applicant should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science, Statistics, or any other relevant field.
- A master’s Degree will be considered an advantage.
- Applicant must have 3 – 5 years of experience in M&E, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
- Applicant must have proven experience in developing and implementing M&E systems and frameworks.
- Applicant must have knowledge of statistical software packages such as SPSS or STATA.
- B.Sc in statistics is an added advantage or any relevant field
- Applicant must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Applicant must have the ability to work independently
- Applicant must have proven ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Applicant must have the ability to handle stressful situations appropriately
- Applicant must have a good time and knowledge management skills
- Applicant must have good initiative, time, and stress management skills
- Applicant must have strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze and interpret complex data.

Requirements for Growth Manager
- Applicant should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Health-related courses, or any other relevant field.
