Requirements for Recovery Officer
- Education level: HND / B.A. / B.Sc in any related discipline, and must have completed NYSC or possess an exclusion certificate.
- Experience Required: Minimum of one (1) year experience as a collection recovery officer preferably in a financial institution.
- Special Training: Debt Recovery Training will be an added advantage.
Requirements for Recovery Officer

- Applicants Must Have Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma in any discipline from an accredited polytechnic or University with NYSC discharge certificate or NYSC Exclusion Letter.
- Applicants Must Have Good relationship and communication skills with strong team spirit
- Applicants Must Have Strong analytical skills
- Applicants Must Have Good computer skills
- Applicants Must Have Real motivation to work and grow in a performance-based environment
- Applicants Must Have a Taste for fieldwork.
- Applicants Must Have Practical knowledge of micro / small/medium businesses
- Applicants Must Have Knowledge of the microfinance bank sector is an advantage
- Applicants Must Have Good writing skills
- Applicants Must Have Knowledge of the major local languages.
