Requirements for Product Manager

• Applicants Must Have 2+ years of experience in similar Product Manager roles
• Applicants Must Have Experience working in a Tech company, Fintech, or digital payments
• Applicants Must Have Excellent communication/presentation skills
• Applicants Must Have Hyper-logical thinkers with very strong attention to detail
• Applicants Must Have Empathy for customers and an unwillingness to compromise on user-centered design
• Applicants Can make a good business case and convince people to help them execute
• Applicants Must Have Knowledge of and Interest in Technology and financial services; prior experience.

Requirements for Business Intelligence (BI) Specialist

• Applicants should possess a Degree in the Information Technology field (e.g. Statistics, Economics, Math, Science, Engineering)
• Applicants Must Have 5 Years of experience in a Business Intelligence and/or Data Analyst role, with a focus on analyzing and understanding business problems
• Applicants Must Have Strong knowledge and proven experience using SQL
• Applicants Must Have Strong knowledge of and experience with tools like Looker, QlikView, Tableau or PowerBI
• Applicants Must Have Prior experience in designing and implementing performance measures to track business or product KPIs
• Applicants Must Have A fundamental in identifying patterns or regions in products or behaviors that indicate opportunities for business process improvement
• Applicants Must Have Excellent analytical and forecasting ability
• Applicants Must Have Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Applicants Must Understand current data protection and privacy laws, e.g., GDPR.

Requirements for Financial Systems Accountant

• Applicants Must Have CIMA/ACCA/ACA or equivalent qualification
• Applicants Must Have 3-5 years post-qualified experience of proven all-round accounting competence in a multi-entity/ group environment ideally gained in a Financial Services or regulated business
• Applicants Must Have Organization;
• Applicants Must Have Prioritization;
• Applicants Must Have Time management;
• Applicants Must Have Communication;
• Applicants Must Have Problem-solving;
• Applicants Must Have Creative thinking
• Applicants Must Have Intermediate to Advanced Excel Proficiency.

• Applicants Must Have a deep understanding of how ERPs work and preferential to have experience in implementing one
• Applicants Must Have Worked with teams across various geographic jurisdictions
• Applicants Must Have Strong interpersonal and business partnering skills
