Requirements for Regional Category Manager – Super Absorbent Material & Nonwovens

  • Applicants Must Have Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Engineering or Business related professional service.
  • Applicants Must Have Typically at least 5 years of experience in procurement or closely related field with multiple function / business exposure. Preferably with direct materials.
  • Applicants Must Have Business acumen, with excellent communication skills both written and oral.
  • Applicants Must Have Proven ability to communicate and influence up and across the organization, as well as with external suppliers.
  • Applicants Must Have Excellent cross functional collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Applicants Must Have Proficiency using SAP, Excel, pivot tables, Tableau, power BI and ability to create inspiring PowerPoint presentations
  • Applicants Must be Fluent in English.

Requirements for Electrical Engineer – Lagos Mill

  • Applicants Must Have Minimum of a B,Sc / HND. Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent tertiary education.
  • Applicants Must Have Minimum of 5 years previous engineering and maintenance experience in FMCG environment.
  • Applicants Must Have Above average computer literacy (required).
  • Applicants Must Have Prior experience working with a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) (advantage)
  • Applicants Must Have Excellent PLC programming and drives skills (Siemens/Allan Bradley/Rockwell)
  • Applicants Must Have Excellent project management skills.
  • Applicants Must Have Demonstrated good leadership qualities in line with K.C policies and practices.
  • Applicants Must Have Excellent design, process improvement and maintenance experience.

Requirements for Asset Leader, Diaper Machine

  • Applicants Must Have a minimum of Higher National Diploma (HND) in either Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or Operations Management. A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering would be an added advantage.
  • Applicants Must Have 8 – 10 years’ experience on high speed manufacturing equipment, of which at least 2 years must be at a supervisory level is essential.
  • Applicants Must Have Previous knowledge of Diaper machines and an understanding of Kimberly-Clark’s Policies and Procedures would be an advantage.
  • Applicants Must Have Applicants Must Have Sound knowledge of I.R. and L.R.A. Practices and experience in leadership or supervisory capacity in a manufacturing environment would be an advantage.
  • Applicants Must Have demonstrated good leadership qualities in line with K.C policies and practices.
  • Applicants Must be computer literate.
