Requirements for Regional Category Manager – Super Absorbent Material & Nonwovens

Applicants Must Have Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Engineering or Business related professional service.
Applicants Must Have Typically at least 5 years of experience in procurement or closely related field with multiple function / business exposure. Preferably with direct materials.
Applicants Must Have Business acumen, with excellent communication skills both written and oral.
Applicants Must Have Proven ability to communicate and influence up and across the organization, as well as with external suppliers.
Applicants Must Have Excellent cross functional collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Applicants Must Have Proficiency using SAP, Excel, pivot tables, Tableau, power BI and ability to create inspiring PowerPoint presentations
Applicants Must be Fluent in English.

Requirements for Electrical Engineer – Lagos Mill

Applicants Must Have Minimum of a B,Sc / HND. Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent tertiary education.
Applicants Must Have Minimum of 5 years previous engineering and maintenance experience in FMCG environment.
Applicants Must Have Above average computer literacy (required).
Applicants Must Have Prior experience working with a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) (advantage)
Applicants Must Have Excellent PLC programming and drives skills (Siemens/Allan Bradley/Rockwell)
Applicants Must Have Excellent project management skills.
Applicants Must Have Demonstrated good leadership qualities in line with K.C policies and practices.
Applicants Must Have Excellent design, process improvement and maintenance experience.

Requirements for Asset Leader, Diaper Machine

Applicants Must Have a minimum of Higher National Diploma (HND) in either Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or Operations Management. A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering would be an added advantage.
Applicants Must Have 8 – 10 years’ experience on high speed manufacturing equipment, of which at least 2 years must be at a supervisory level is essential.
Applicants Must Have Previous knowledge of Diaper machines and an understanding of Kimberly-Clark’s Policies and Procedures would be an advantage.
Applicants Must Have Applicants Must Have Sound knowledge of I.R. and L.R.A. Practices and experience in leadership or supervisory capacity in a manufacturing environment would be an advantage.
Applicants Must Have demonstrated good leadership qualities in line with K.C policies and practices.
Applicants Must be computer literate.
