Requirements for Project Coordinator
- Applicants Must Have Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management from a reputable University
- Applicants Must Have a Master’s Degree is a plus
- Applicants Must Have a Minimum of 5 years of experience as a project coordinator within a large construction company
- Applicants Must Have International experience or education is a great advantage
- Applicants Must be Well-organised
- Applicants Must Have Advance spreadsheet program skills
- Applicants Must Have High proficiency in MS projects and primaver
- Applicants Must be Familiar with international industry standards
- Applicants Must be Detail-Oriented.
Requirements for Head of Accounts
- Applicants Must Have Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance from a recognized University
- Applicants Must Have MBA, M.Sc in Accounting and Finance.
- Applicants Must Have ICAN, ACCA, CITN, or any other related qualification.
- Applicants Must Have a Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar senior position within an international group.
- Applicants Must Have Knowledge and Experience with the Opticon ERP accounting module.
- Applicants Must Have Excellent knowledge of the SAP Business One accounting package.
- Applicants Must Have Excellent knowledge of applicable tax laws and other statutory requirements of companies registered in Nigeria.
- Applicants Must Have Knowledge of other West African Countries’ laws and standards would be an added advantage.
- Applicants Must Have Excellent knowledge of relevant Accounting standards, best practice protocol, and ethics codes.
- Applicants Must Have French command is a strong plus.
- Applicants Must Have Large team management experience.
Requirements for General Manager
- Applicants Must Have Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University, preferably in Engineering
- Applicants Must Have a Master’s Degree is a plus
- Applicants Must Have Certification in Project Management is a plus
- Applicants Must Have a Minimum of 15 years of experience in Oil & Gas in a senior position such as GM / MD / Operations Manager / Senior Project Manager within an international corporation
- Applicants Must Have Large O&G projects management experience is required
- Applicants Must Have the Art of implementation to oversee the operations of the team effectively
- Applicants Must Have Management capability
- Applicants Must Have Inspiration; As the head of a team or subset of groups, all working together to fulfill one definitive goal.
- Applicants Must Have Effective Communication to put channels in place to facilitate inter- and intra-departmental communication.
- Applicants Must Have Focus, must be goal-oriented to withstand challenges and distractions
- Applicants Must Have Innovation: review and analyze the success of the current operating model.
- Applicants Must Have Previous experience in Africa is a plus
- Applicants Must Have a Multicultural working environment.
