Requirements for Marketing Manager

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven 5 years experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role in banking, or within the real estate sector.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices, with a track record of successful marketing campaigns.
Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, including social media, email marketing, content management systems, and analytics tools.
Ability to develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to support the company’s real estate business objectives.
Experience in conducting market research to identify target markets, customer segments, and emerging trends in the real estate industry.
Create engaging marketing campaigns, both online and offline, to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales collateral, presentations, and promotional materials.
Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize marketing activities and maximize ROI.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, identifying opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and industry partners.

Requirements for Consulting Marketer

Applicants Must Have a Bachelor’s Degree with not less than 5 years of marketing experience (banking and services).
Applicants Must Have Proven experience in marketing in a consulting firm an added advantage.
Applicants Must Have Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, negotiation, and persuasive skills.
Applicants Must Have Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and marketing automation software added advantage.
Applicants Must Have Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Applicants Must Have A passion for marketing and a drive to stay at the forefront of industry trends and developments.
Applicants Must reside in Abuja and know Abuja very well.

Requirements for Administrative / Human Resources Support

Applicants Must Have B.Sc Degree with at least 2 years of working experience
Applicants Must Have carried out general administrative tasks
Applicants Must Have Assisted in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
Applicants Must Have Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Applicants Must Have Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Applicants Must Have a Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability.
