Requirements for Capacity Building Programme Manager

• Applicant should possess a Graduate Degree qualification in Economics/Business/Statistics and other related fields.
• Applicant must have a minimum of 8 years of work experience.
• Applicant must have experience with organizing, coordinating, and executing professional training in the finance sector.
• Applicant must have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Applicant must have good communication skills, with an ability to engage effectively with clients, investors, internal peers, consultants, facilitators, PFAs, etc.

Requirements for Housing Sector Consultant

• Applicant should possess a First Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a closely related field
• Up to seven years of credit risk and mortgage finance experience at a leading mortgage lending institution or in a mortgage unit of a major financial institution in Nigeria
• Good grasp of the issues and constraints faced by the housing market participants in Nigeria
• Demonstrated experience in the use of technology for mortgage origination, profiling, and underwriting process
• Applicant must have proven analytical skills and systematic problem-solving, as well as excellent communication and writing skills
• Applicant must have the ability to effectively manage competing deadlines for projects in a high-pressure work environment, with varying degrees of supervision
• Applicant must have strong project management skills and demonstrated commitment to professional and client service excellence
• Acute attention to detail and a dedication to providing high-quality work products
• Fluency in the use of all Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Requirements for Executive Assistant

• Applicant must have a minimum of 3 years of work experience in finance and/or investment research with a strong ability to provide administrative support.
• Applicant must have a Graduate Degree qualification.
• Applicant must have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
