Requirements for Technical Manager

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (2.1 and above).
• Minimum of 8 years post-qualification work experience in Civil Engineering Design, Project & Contract Management.
• NSE, COREN membership desired.

Requirements for Finance / Admin Lead

• A Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or any related Social Science or IT course.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting practices, and relevant regulations.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as an Administrative Officer
• Good customer relationship skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to details
• Excellent leadership skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Inter-personal relationship skills.

Requirements for Manager, Account, Audit

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from a reputable university
• Must be Chartered (ACCA will be most preferred for accounting and audit Manager role)
• Tax Managers must have an ICAN certification (In addition to any other certification they might have)
• Solid grasp of bookkeeping, tax, and audit. Solid experience in the application of accounting and audit standards. Experience in tax audits and application of tax laws.
• Minimum of 6 years working experience, must have worked in a tier 1 or tier 2 accounting firm for a minimum of 3 years and 3 or more years of experience in a managerial role
• Excellent leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity.
• Ability to diagnose problems quickly and foresee potential issues.
• Excellent English proficiency level (written and oral).
