Requirements for MEL Specialist – Horticurity Project
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Agribusiness, Project Management, Social Sciences, or related discipline with 3 years experience (alternatively Master’s Degree + 1 year’s experience) in monitoring and evaluation and also donor-funded programming.
- Demonstrable critical skills in data collection, analysis and reporting, and performance monitoring of donor-funded projects.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of the enterprise development landscape in Nigeria Minimum years of experience.
- Experience utilizing M&E methods and methodologies (including qualitative, quantitative, and participatory methods as well as the use of causal logic in designing, planning, implementing, and evaluating projects) Technical skills required to do this job.
- Ability to work in a multicultural context as a flexible and respectful team player.
- Proficiency in working with Comcare is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office: MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel.
- Experience working in Nigeria
- Experience working with an INGO
- Experience working on entrepreneurship donor-funded projects
Requirements for Project Administrator – Horticurity Project
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Economics, or other related field
- Alternatively, 2 years of professional experience in responsibilities related to procurement, logistics, and general office administration.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic functional knowledge of field accounting software packages.
- Experience with donor-funded
- Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
- Experience coordinating junior-level service-oriented staff and developing strong working relationships.
- Required Languages: Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Travel: Minimal.
- Strong sense of collegiality, integrity, resourcefulness, and accountability for results
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- An ability to think critically and elevate risks to management
- A creative and entrepreneurial approach to resolving problems.
Requirements for Program Support Manager
- A minimum of an undergraduate Degree (B.Sc) in Social Sciences, Business Management, Agriculture, Economics, or a relevant field. A Master’ degree in a relevant field is desirable, but not required.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience with a BSc. is required or 5 years experience with a Masters degree.
- Related work experience and knowledge of the Nigerian economic, social, and development context are preferred.
- Experience in leading/managing donor-funded projects is required.
- Knowledge of the private sector/SME landscape in Nigeria and/or anglophone West Africa preferred.
- Good experience in working with FCDO and UNICEF-funded projects.
- Required Languages: Fluency in English is required.
- Travel: Local and International.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in a multicultural
- Ability to work with tight deadlines while managing multiple tasks and projects.
- Ability to develop well-written, cohesive analyses and reports.
- Proven experience managing and motivating teams.
