Requirements for Operation Manager

• Applicant should possess a B.Sc. in Business Administration, Hospitality management, or a related field
• Culinary schooling is an added advantage.
• Applicant must have at least 5 years of work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, Hospitality Manager, or similar role.
• Applicant must have the ability to accomplish tasks with little direct supervision.
• Applicant must have the ability to determine department needs based on inventory levels and business volume.
• Enthusiastic, results-oriented with excellent social skills
• Applicants must have the ability to motivate and lead people and hold employees accountable.
• Applicant must act in accordance with values, principles, and standard
• Applicants must have a forward-thinking attitude.
• Applicant must be professional in attitude and appearance.
• Applicant must possess good judgment.
• Applicant must possess strong emotional intelligence.
• Applicant must have extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge
• Applicant must have familiarity with restaurant management software, like OpenTable and Peach-Works
• Applicant must have proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
• Applicant must have strong project and financial management skills
• Applicant must have good budgeting and budgetary control skills
• Applicant must have knowledge of strategic planning for process improvement, growth, and expansion
• Applicant must have the ability to describe food features in simple or technical terms based on clients’ existing knowledge.
• Applicant must have exceptional listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Applicant must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Applicant must have outstanding organizational and leadership skills
• Applicant must have the ability to work well with management and staff at all levels.
• Applicant must have a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability

Requirements for Finance and Control Manager

• Applicant must have M.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or any other accounting-related field
• Applicant must have professional accounting qualification e.g., ACA, ACCA
• Applicant must have a minimum of 7 years relevant experience with at least 3 years in a managerial position in finance.
• Applicant must demonstrate a high level of confidentiality, tact, discretion, initiative, and sound judgment.
• Applicant must demonstrate a high level of creativity in solving complex problems.
• Applicant must be willing to work long hours and be very responsive when situations require this.
• Applicant must have the ability to manage the flow of people and business, liaise and consult with internal and external stakeholders for maximum efficiency.
• Applicants must approach new situations with an open mind.
• Applicant must have a good interpersonal relationship.
• Applicant must be result-driven.
• Applicants must be aware and responsive to the needs of stakeholders.

Requirements for Interior Architect

• Applicant must possess OND / HND in Building Technology.
• Applicant must have at least 2 years experience as a Project manager/project supervisor.
• Proximity to Lekki is important
• Applicant must have good communication skills.
