Requirements for Customer Experience Officer

Applicants Must have a Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or HND in any relevant discipline
Applicants Must have a Minimum of two (2) years cognate experience in Customer Service/ Care.
Applicants Must have Excellent Customer Service
Applicants Must have Effective Written and Verbal Communication
Computer Literacy
Neat and Professional Appearance
Outstanding interpersonal skills.
Applicants Must have Exceptional time management.

Requirements for Creative Specialist
