- Applicants Must Have Proven work experience in software testing (Preferably in the Fintech space).
- Applicants Must Have Good knowledge of quality assurance terminology and methods.
- Applicants Must Have Good knowledge of any of the following programming languages [Java, (NodeJS) Javascript, C#, React Native (Typescript), Kotlin (Android), and Swift (IOS)]
- Applicants Must Have Good knowledge of database testing (performance and/or security testing is a plus)
- Applicants Must Have Good knowledge of any automated testing tools (Postman, Selenium, Cucumber…)
- Applicants Must Have Good, working, knowledge of SQL and scripting.
- Applicants Must Have Experience with test management tools (Jira, and/or Testrail)
- Applicants Must Have Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate to all project members and stakeholders.
- Pays meticulous attention to detail.

- Applicants Must be Self-motivated and willing to learn.
- Applicants Must Have a Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in internal/external auditing or reconciliations.
- Applicants Must be Well-versed in payments and reconciliation, with a solid grasp of payments reconciliation and payments infrastructure.
- Applicants Must Have High attention to detail, be well organized, and have excellent analytical skills.
- Applicants Must Have Strong Excel skills, and the ability to handle large amounts of data and compile detailed reports.
- Applicants Must Have Ability to adapt to change quickly and multi-task.
- Applicants Must Have Client engagement experience.
- Applicants Must Have Ability to work as part of a team and manage projects.
- Applicants Must Have Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
- Applicants Must Have An HR professional qualification is an advantage
- Applicants Must Have a Minimum of 12 years of experience in HR business partnering or in an HR role coordinating cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
- Applicants Must Have Experience supporting Tech teams mandatory for one of the roles
- Applicants Must Have Knowledge of the financial services and the payment solution industry is critical
- Applicants Must Have Handled sensitive issues and counseling staff
- Applicants Must Have Strong interpersonal skills
