Requirements for Retail Manager
- Applicant should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Applicant must have a minimum of 7 years of experience in retail management.
- Applicant must have proven experience in managing and leading a team of staff.
- Applicant must have knowledge of retail operations and management practices.
- Applicant must have strong business acumen and strategic orientation.
- Applicant must have Business development and Market research skills.
- Applicant must have product management skills.
- Applicant must have bid and sales administration skills.
- Applicant must have Selling and Negotiation skills.
- Applicant must have leadership and people management competencies.
- Applicant must have excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Applicant must have demonstrated the ability to formulate pricing policies, review merchandising activities, and study trends.
- Applicant must have excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Customer-focused with the ability to ensure optimum customer satisfaction.
- Applicants must have the agility to adapt to changing market conditions and consumer preferences.
Requirements for Faculty / Trainer
- Applicant must be a graduate with NYSC
- Applicant must have a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience/training in a relevant field
- Experience training in a Tech Educational institute will be a tremendous advantage
- Applicant must be able to write and communicate effectively
- Subject Specialization: Programming languages, C, C++, Java, .Net, Python, Oracle database, Microsoft server programs, Multimedia & Animation
- Applicant must have the ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Applicant must have the ability to work under pressure.
Requirements for Pattern Maker
- Applicant should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree with at least 4 years relevant work experience.
- Applicant must have proven working experience as a Pattern Maker or a similar role in a Fashion/Tailoring Institute.
- Applicant must have the ability to use pattern-making equipment and machinery.
- Applicant must have a strong understanding of modern and traditional artworks.
- Applicant must have the ability to meet deadlines & having a keen eye for detail for accuracy.
- Applicant must have excellent listening skills & communication skills
- Applicants must have the ability to take feedback in a professional manner.
- Applicant must have outstanding time management skills with strong work ethic.
- Applicant must have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Illustrate the ability to read and understand the blueprints.
- Ability to work for long hours.
- Highly creative and hardworking individual.
- A problem solver with a detailed oriented approach.
