Requirements for Legal Officer

• Applicant should possess LLB in Law and BL with a common law background.
• Applicant must have at least 3 years post-call experience in a similar position
• Not more than 5 years post-call.
• Applicant must have knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Applicant must have good written and Verbal communication skills
• Applicant must have excellent organizational skills
• Applicant must have very good, clear, and concise writing skills
• Applicant must be highly structured and creative
• Applicant must be self-motivated, results-oriented, and a problem solver.

Requirements for Head of Risk

• Applicant should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, or a related field required.
• Applicant must have 5 – 10 years of related experience preferred.
• Microfinance experience is an added advantage.
• Applicant must have a thorough understanding of policies and best practices of risk management.
• Applicant must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Applicant must have excellent mathematical and critical thinking skills.
• Applicant must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Applicant must have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Applicant must have strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• Applicant must be Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software to prepare reports and policies.

Requirements for Recovery Officer

• Applicant must possess a First Degree (BSc or HND).
• Microfinance experience is an added advantage
• Applicant must have analytical Skills
• Applicant must have good Negotiation Skills
• Applicant must have knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Applicant must have good written and Verbal communication skills
• Applicant must have excellent organizational skills
• Applicant must have very good, clear, and concise writing skills
• Applicant must be highly structured and creative
• Applicant must be self-motivated, results-oriented, and a problem solver.
