The company was founded by Engr. Lai Omotola. In a space of Nine (9) years, additional 14 companies were added to make up CFL Group as it is known today. In 2015, CFL Group became a full fledge infrastructure company cutting across Real Estate, Energy, Power, Construction, Agriculture and Transportation. We are a fully indigenous Nigeria Company located in Lagos.

Requirements for Legal Officer
- Applicants Must Have 1-5 years experience in active litigation.
- Applicants Must Have Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Applicants Must Have Area of Specialisation: Criminal, Corporate, and Land Matters.
- Applicants Must Have an Understanding land and property law is an added advantage.
Requirements for Company Driver
- Applicants Must Have a valid Driver’s license.
- Applicants Must Have Preferably lives in Maryland and its environs.
Requirements for Marketing Officer
- Applicants Must Have B.Sc in any Social Sciences with experience in marketing properties around Lagos state.
- Applicants Must Have Minimum of 3 years experience.
