Requirements for Security Operative
- Applicant should possess an SSCE qualification with a minimum of 2 years of work experience.
- Applicant must have basic knowledge of security duties
- Applicant must live within Adeshina, Ijesha, Cele, Coker Express, or its environ
- Applicant must be fluent in speaking English
- Applicant must be willing to abide by the company’s rules and regulations
- Hour of duty is 12hrs.
Requirements for Security Patrol Officer
- Applicant should possess an SSCE qualification with a minimum of 2 years of work experience.
- Applicant must have knowledge of security training and management
- Applicant must be able to ride a bike
- Applicant must be able to manage and coordinate the beats
- Applicant must have knowledge of Lagos routes
- Applicant must be willing to work outside Lagos if the need arises
Requirements for Operations Manager
- Applicant should possess a High School Diploma; Further education in security administration or a similar field will be an asset
- Applicant must have proven experience as a security manager or similar position
- Applicant must have experience using relevant technology and equipment (e.g. CCTV)
- Applicant must have experience in reporting and emergency response planning
- Applicant must have excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures
- Applicant must have a working knowledge of MS Office
- Applicant must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Applicant must have outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Applicant must be committed and reliable.
