Requirements for Chief Internal Auditor

Applicants Must Have a Degree in Internal Audit, Financial Accounting, Financial Management, Economics, or Business Studies.
Applicants Must Have An MBA in a related disciple will be an advantage.
Applicants Must Have a Minimum of 15 years of work experience in an internal audit environment with 5 of them being in a senior role
Applicants Must Have Certification with relevant internal audit or accounting bodies (IIA, CISA, ICAN, CITN, ACCA, CFA)
Applicants Must Have Strong communication skills to work with all members of the organization
Applicants Must Have High-level interpersonal skill
Applicants Must Have Organizational, problem solving and business acumen skills
Applicants Must Have Excellent attention to detail to review large amounts of data and numbers with the ability to multi-task.
Applicants Must Have Exceptional mathematical and analytical skills to verify entries
Applicants Must Have Good critical thinking skills to gather all the available data and make informed decisions
Applicants Must Have Excellent research skills to find all the related information needed
Applicants Must Have Proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheets

Requirements for Risk Officer

Applicants Must Have Bachelor’s Degree in Risk Management, Management or Business Studies, Finance or Economics, Science, Statistics, Engineering, Law, or a related field required.
Applicants Must Have Postgraduate degrees will be an added advantage.
Applicants Must Have At least 3 years of related experience preferred.
Thorough understanding of policies and best practices of risk management.
Applicants Must Have Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Applicants Must Have Excellent mathematical and critical thinking skills.
Applicants Must Have Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Applicants Must Have Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Applicants Must Have Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
Applicants Must Have Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software to prepare reports and policies.
Applicants Must be Conversant with the SAP ERP system

Requirements for Internal Control Officer

Applicants should possess a B.Sc Accounting, A.C.A, M.Sc (Advantage) with at least 5 years of experience in a related role, industry, and/or with an audit firm.
Applicants Must Have Analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail.
Applicants Must Have Excellent Communication skills and perfect command of the English language.
Applicants Must be Conversant with the SAP ERP system.
