Requirements for Invoicing Discounting Sales Specialist
- Applicant should possess a Bachelor’s Degree or HND in a related field
- Applicant must have experience working in a relevant environment. Preferably someone that has driven invoice financing in a lending company, bank, or a Fintech company.
- Applicant must have relevant product knowledge of invoice financing
- Applicant must have previous experience in delivering an excellent customer service
- Applicants must have consistently achieved objectives set for them and taken action to improve their own performance
- Applicant must have an open, flexible, and supportive approach to change and innovative
- Both spoken and written communication skills with experience in sharing information effectively, in a clear, concise, and professional manner
Requirements for Accounting Manager
- Applicant should possess a B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field
- Applicant must have 7 years experience in an Accounting, Audit, or Finance role with at least 2 years in a Managerial position
- Applicant must have experience in financial services
- Applicant must have demonstrated interest in the FinTech or alternative financial services operators, peculiarities, and nuances
- Applicant must have Professional Certification (ACA, ACCA)
- Applicant must have proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite applications (Excel, Powerpoint)
- Applicant must have excellent knowledge of Accounting Software (Sage, Quickbooks, Microsoft Dynamics, etc)
- Applicant must have experience in managing multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Applicant must have experience in engaging different groups of Regulators
- Applicant must have experience managing teams
- Applicant must have experience in designing and maintaining charts of accounts.
Requirements for Quality Assurance Specialist
- Applicant should possess a B.Sc in the relevant field
- Applicant must have 2+ years experience in issue resolution or call center experience
- Applicant must have the ability to multitask efficiently and handle competing priorities at once
- Applicant must have strong written and verbal communications skills, presentation and facilitation skills
- Applicant must be Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Word
- Applicant must have strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
