Requirements for Reconciliation and Settlements Manager

• Applicants Must Have 4- 6 years of working experience in cards/mobile/payment finance, fully integrated with all aspects of the settlement and daily reconciliation process.
• Applicants Must Have a Detailed understanding of the operational aspects of payment cards, mobile payments, and the banking industry.
• Applicants Must Have Previous experience within a Reconciliation, Cash Control, and Settlement environment.
• Applicants Must Have  Highly analytical and data-driven

Requirements for Risk and Compliance Manager, Payments

• Applicants Must Have Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field. A relevant professional certification (e.g., Certified Risk and Compliance Management Professional) is preferred.
• Applicants Must Have 5-7+ years of relevant audit experience, Fintech/Banking/Financial sector experience preferred.
• Applicants Must Have Proven experience in risk management and compliance within the payments industry (Payment Facilitators in Nigeria).
• Applicants Must Have Sound knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and guidelines, particularly those issued by the CBN and the card schemes.
• Applicants Must Have Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies, compliance frameworks, and internal control systems.
• Applicants Must Have Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and evaluate risks effectively.
• Applicants Must Have Excellent understanding of payment operations, systems, and industry best practices.
• Applicants Must Have Demonstrated ability to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Applicants Must Have Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate complex risk and compliance concepts to various stakeholders.
• Applicants Must Have Ability to collaborate and build relationships with internal teams, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
• Applicants Must pay Attention to detail, integrity, and a commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards.

Requirements for Engineering Manager

• Applicants Must Have 6+ years of exceptional management experience: individuals, teams, and project management.
• Applicants Must Have 10+ years of experience in software development.
• Applicants Must Have 5+ years of payment experience is a requirement.
• Applicants Must Have Experience with JavascriptTypescript, Node.js, RESTGraphQL.
• Applicants Must Have a Deep understanding of scalable architecture and distributed systems using microservices queues serverless
• Applicants Must Have Experience working on AWS cloud environments. ServerlessKubernetes DockerECS.
• Applicants Must Have Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Applicants Must Have Experience working in CI/CD workflows, and Agile methodologies.
• Applicants Must Have An execution mindset, good analytic skills, and be a team player.
