Requirements for Internal Control Officer

• Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Accounting
• 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing companies.
• Experience in the plastic manufacturing company will be an advantage.

Requirements for Learning and Development Manager

• BSc / HND in Social Sciences or related courses
• Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Education, Law, Political Science, Public Administration, or related field required.
• At least 5 years of experience providing training, mentoring, and technical assistance. Demonstrated ability to work well with others and to develop and maintain compatibility among project staff, subcontractors, consultants, and project partners.
• Experience in training, coaching, and manpower development of the above level of staff in an FMCG is mandatory
• Must have trained sales and marketing team before now
• Must have worked in FMCG for some time.

Requirements for Quality Control Manager

• Degree or HND in a relevant field
• 3 to 4 years of experience in Milk and Yoghurt production setting is mandatory
• Ready to build a career with the organization.
