Requirements for Business Development Manager

• B.Sc. in Management, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or any relevant degree.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven working experience in business development, sales, or marketing in a similar environment.
• Proven sales track record.
• Train members of your team, arranging external training where appropriate
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Communication and negotiation skills.
• Time management and planning skills.
• Seek ways of improving the way the business operates
• Attend seminars, conferences, and events where appropriate
• Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world.

Requirements for Executive Assistant

• First Degree Secretarial Studies, Management, or Social Science course; additional qualification as a personal assistant or membership of any related professional body would be considered an advantage.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
• Discretion and confidentiality.
• Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience.
• In-depth understanding of the entire MS Office suite.

Requirements for Controls Systems Engineer

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or its equivalent in any discipline.
• A Master’s Degree is an added advantage.
