Requirements for Business Manager
- Applicant should possess a First degree in Business Management or a related field.
- Applicant must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in business management or a similar role.
- The Business manager reports directly to the CEO.
- Applicant must be an experienced accountant
- Applicant must have experience in developing business strategy
- Applicant must have a strong ability with financial and budgetary processes

- Applicant should possess a Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Accounting, Business Accounting, or Finance

- Expert or above average proficiency in MS Excel application.
- Applicant must have knowledge and use of microfinance banking software like BankOne.
