The Civil Society Scaling-Up Nutrition in Nigeria (CS-SUNN) is a non-governmental, non-profit making coalition, made up of organizations with a shared vision to transform Nigeria into a country where every citizen has food and is nutrition secure. CS-SUNN pursues this lofty goal by engaging and mobilizing Government and Non-state actors to advocate for relevant policy implementation, raise awareness, generate evidence, build capacity, and stimulate communities to scale up nutrition in Nigeria, with a special focus on maternal and child nutrition. The organizational capacity of CS-SUNN to become a leading voice in nutrition advocacy in Nigeria led to the SUN Movement Pooled Fund Project.

Requirements for Finance Officer

• Applicants Must Have a B.Sc Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• Applicants Must Have Professional qualifications such as ICAN or ACCA will be a plus.
• Applicants Must Have 3 years of relevant work experience, especially in the NGO sector will be a plus.
• Applicants Must Have Excellent analytical and numerical skills
• Applicants Must Have Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Applicants Must Have Knowledge of donor financial regulations.
• Applicants Must Have Experience using Sage and QuickBooks Accounting Software
• Applicants Must Have Solid knowledge of financial principles and accounting procedures.
• Proficiency in the review, preparation, processing, and documentation of payment requests and retirements.
• Applicants Must Have Strong organizational and time management skills.
• People and project management skills
• Applicants Must Have Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data
• Applicants Must Have Proficiency in the design, development, monitoring, and reporting of Budgets.

Requirements for Programme Officer

• Applicants Must Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition and any relevant fields.
• Applicants Must Have a Minimum of 3 years cognate experience in project management in the NGO sector.
• Applicants Must Have Proficiency in the development, management, and implementation of project budgets.
• Applicants Must Have Proficiency in report, grant, and proposal writing
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and meet deadlines.
• Applicants Must Have Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage conflicts and diversity.
• Applicants Must Have Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Applicants Must Have Proficiency in using project management tools, software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Applicants Must Have Knowledge of monitoring and evaluation principles and methodologies is desirable.

Requirements for Administrative Officer

• Applicants Must Have B.Sc. Degree in Arts & Humanities, Social Sciences, and any other relevant field.
• Applicants Must Have Cognate experience in Human Resources, Office management, logistics, and administration is desirable.
• Applicants Must Have 3 years of relevant work experience, especially in the NGO sector will be a plus.
• Technical report writing expertise
• Applicants Must Have Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Applicants Must Have Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Emotional intelligence and leadership skills.
• Applicants Must Have Effective and efficient conflict management and negotiation skills
• Applicants Must Have Good organization, scheduling, and time management skills.
• Applicants Must Have Demonstrated attention to detail, the ability to follow procedures, and meet deadlines.
