Requirements for Group Head, Internal Audit

• Applicants Must Have Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s Degree would be an added advantage.
• Applicants Must Have Professional certification such as ICAN, CPA, ACCA, CIA, or CISA
• Applicants Must Have Total of 10 years experience: minimum of 7 years working experience in an accounting/auditing role is required and at least 3 years leadership experience totaling 10 years working experience.
• Applicants Must Have Cross-border, multi-jurisdictional experience.

Requirements for Principal, Legal

• Applicants Must Possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 4 – 6  years of relevant work experience.
• Applicants Must Have Ability to identify and analyze complex issues/problems in management areas, and recommend and implement solutions.
• Applicants Must Have Ability to manage office functions economically and efficiently.
• Applicants Must Have Good interpersonal relations and communications.
• Applicants Must Have Business experience is an added advantage.
• Applicants Must Have Displays excellent supervisory and leadership skills.
• Applicants Has the ability to evaluate and weigh all legal aspects and/or situations, and be able to provide sound solutions, with the aim of protecting the legal rights of the business.

Requirements for Head of Finance – Controllership

• Applicants Must Have Bachelor’s Degree (Commerce / Accounting / other relevant fields) CPA or ACCA.
• Applicants Must Have Excellent knowledge of accounting and financial processes (budgeting, financial closure, reporting, etc.).
• Applicants Must Have Assets & Liabilities Management.
• Applicants Must Have Performance management.
• Applicants Must Have Regulatory Reporting & Compliance (IFRS/GAAP/Tax).
• Applicants Must Have Financial Control & Reporting.
• Applicants Must Have Team Leadership & Development.
• Applicants Must Have Exceptional communication and excellent Interpersonal Skills.
• Applicants Must Have Self-motivated and critical thinker.
• Applicants Must Have A proactive and creative problem solver.
• Applicants Must Have Exceptional judgment & professionalism, and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive situations and matters.
