Requirements for Inspection Officer

Applicants Must Have an HND or B.Sc in Mechanical, Automotive, or Electrical Engineering (OND Holder or Graduates of other disciplines can be considered if the candidate possesses the experience and/or skill in the mechanical/automotive industry).
Applicants Must Have 1 to 2 years of experience in vehicle diagnosis, inspection, or repair
Applicants Must Have Sound Knowledge of the latest automobile repairs & best industry practices
Applicants Must Have Excellent knowledge of cars and their various models
Applicants Must Have Hands-on experience in diagnosing vehicle issues (experience can range from basic to advanced)
Applicants Must Have the Ability to use a vehicle scanning machine
Applicants Must be capable of operating vehicles with standard and automatic transmissions, four-wheel drives, and constant four-wheel-drive vehicles.
Applicants Must Have Excellent communication of vehicle reports to customers
Applicants Must Have Knowledge of the locations of identification numbers and odometer readings on vehicles.
Applicants Must Have Knowledge of or the ability to learn to read odometers and detect questionable readings.
Applicants Must Have Knowledge of or the ability to learn the formats of and details contained in vehicle titles from other states and other countries.
Applicants Must Have Knowledge of and ability to utilize the English language, proper grammar, vocabulary, spelling, and punctuation.

Requirements for Sales Officer

Applicants Must Have an HND or B.Sc in any discipline (must have completed NYSC)
Applicants Must Have 1 to 2 years of experience in sales with excellent customer service
Applicants Must Have Sound knowledge of closing sales and winning customers
Applicants Must Have Excellent knowledge of cars and their various models.
Applicants Must Have Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools.
Applicants Must Have general knowledge of cars
Applicants Must be presentable
Applicants Must Have the ability to negotiate and close sales
Applicants Must be able to give excellent Customer Service
Applicants Must Have the Ability to multitask
Applicants Must be target-driven (The job is target based)
Applicants Must Have excellent communication skills
Applicants Must Have the Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; be able to work in pressured environments.

Requirements for Telesales Agent

Applicants Must Have a First Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
Applicants Must Have 1 – 3 years of experience in Telemarketing/Telesales
Applicants Must Have Knowledge of the automobile products
Applicants Must Have Experience in sales and knowledge of consumer behaviors
Applicants Must Have a keen attention to detail, a high level of integrity, and be logically sound 6. Ability to convince others and explain information in clear terms
Applicants Must Have Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking
Applicants Must Have Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office package
Applicants Must Have Professional Certification in Telemarketing is an advantage.
