Cam Dairy Foods Limited is a pastoralist-driven Nigerian dairy company. We’re building a new economy that’s centered around real dairy; one that reintroduces fresh milk to Nigerian households nourishes our growing population, and eradicates poverty for our pastoralist suppliers and their communities.

We’re establishing the supplier base and building the infrastructure to solve Nigeria’s raw milk supply problem while making dairy products to address widespread nutritional gaps. Our goal at scale is to create a massive income boost for 500,000 pastoralists and 10,000 youth entrepreneurs living in extreme poverty and to nourish millions of customers with essential nutrients. By 2050, our goal is to establish a dairy industry that turns Nigeria from a net importer to a net producer of milk, all anchored around pastoralist communities.

Requirements for Associate Product Manager

  • Associate’s degree, OND, Diploma, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience managing the development of internal applications and tools, stakeholder management, and e-commerce website management skills.
  • Customer service, client-facing, and/or help desk experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant STEM field (e.g. Information Systems, Information Technology, Applied Networking, System Administration).
  • Completion of a relevant technical certification (e.g., Grow with Google, IT Support Certificate, or other comparable certifications).
  • Work experience, including working with the development team to ship applications, stakeholder management, and e-commerce website management.
  • Ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and make quick decisions with limited information.
  • Effective organizational, communication, leadership, and teamwork/collaboration skills, passion for new technology, and commitment to learning new skills.
  • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
  • Good SQL skills
  • Understanding of how to interface with API.

Requirements for People and Culture Analysts

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 3 – 4 years of people & culture experience
  • Certification in Human Resource Management: ACIPM/PHRi
  • Knowledge of all aspects of people operations, including culture development, compensation, recruitment, benefits, training and coaching
  • Proficiency in the use of collaborative tools such as GSuite and Slack
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment
  • Good guidance, counseling, and negotiation skills
  • Good teamwork skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Knowledge of occupational health and safety principles, legislation, and practices
  • Project management and contract management skills

Requirements for Production Supervisor

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Dairy Science, Food Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are advantageous.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years of proven experience in a supervisory role within a dairy manufacturing industry, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of production processes and industry standards.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of dairy manufacturing processes and equipment, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong supervisory and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse production team.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to addressing challenges in the production process.
  • Communication: Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with team members and stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced production environment.
