Requirements for Production Intern (Early Career Accelerator Programme)

• A fresh University graduate (Corps Members are strongly encouraged)
• 1 – 2 years relevant work experience.
• Available for a full-time internship for 18th months
• Enthusiastic about a career in Food production
• Enthusiastic about a career in Quality assurance
• Previous experience in manufacturing (machine operator/maintenance) would be preferred
• Candidate must reside in Idu, Abuja, or its environs
• Passionate about the food production industry
• Research-driven with a methodical approach to problem-solving
• Curious and eager to learn and explore new concepts
• Persistent and determined in challenging environments
• Bold and innovative with a strong desire to make a significant impact.

Requirements for Area Sales Manager

• Undergraduate Degree from a tertiary institution – BA or BSC
• Minimum of 4 years experience in a B2B sales role
• Experience leading a sales team
• Possess an excellent reputation in the industry
• Possess established relationships with B2B clients
• Outstanding presentation and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Exhibit solid business judgment
• Strong understanding of performance, data, and measurement landscapes, with demonstrated experience using data and trends to develop winning strategies
• Relevant Professional Certificate relevant to the role
• Certificate in a productivity tool (Microsoft/Google)
• Excel Intermediate Level Certification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory capacity.

Requirements for Production Lead

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Dairy Science, Food Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are advantageous.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven leadership experience in a dairy manufacturing role, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of production processes and industry standards.
• Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of dairy manufacturing processes and equipment, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse production team.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to addressing challenges in the production process.
• Communication: Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with team members and stakeholders.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced production environment.
• Exceptional attention to details
• Ability to lead, develop, and motivate a team.
• Pragmatic, self-starting, and team player.
• Able to deliver results in a fast-paced environment, under pressure with little or no supervision.
• Good knowledge of Quality Management Systems, food safety /HACCP, food microbiology, foreign body prevention, etc.
• Proficiency in Non-Conformity Management. Able to analyze problems, detect root causes, and proffer corrective and preventive actions to resolve issues.
• Generally tech-savvy with competency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint as a minimum.
