Requirements for Full Stack .NET Developer

Applicants should possess relevant qualifications.
Applicants Must Have a Minimum of 5 years of experience.

Requirements for .NET Facilitator / Trainer

Applicants should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree
Applicants Must Have At least 4 years of hands-on programming experience in C# and ASP.NET Core while employing agile development techniques in a production environment
Applicants Must Have Solid background in data structures and algorithms:
Applicants Must Have Working knowledge of algorithmic analysis (time and space complexities for common algorithms/ Big-O notation)
Applicants Must Have Working knowledge of basic searching and sorting algorithms o Deep knowledge of generic and non-generic data structures provided by C# e.g., arrays, lists, dictionaries, linked lists, etc.
Applicants Must Have Advanced knowledge of the core features of C#, including data types, control and looping constructs, interfaces, classes, structs, enums, and exceptions.
Applicants Must Have a Deep understanding of object-oriented programming concepts i.e., classes, objects/instances, abstraction, encapsulation, inheritance, polymorphism, and the SOLID principles
Applicants Must Have Working knowledge of the .NET Common Language Runtime (CLR), Base Class Library (BCL), CLI, and NuGet Package Manager
Applicants Must Have Familiarity with different programming paradigms: Imperative vs Declarative Programming, ObjectOriented Programming vs Functional Programming • Working knowledge of REST architecture and the design of RESTful APIs; expertise in building APIs using ASP.NET Core.
Applicants Must Have Working Knowledge of MVC/MVVM and page-based patterns for web applications; Proficiency in building MVC/MVVM and Razor Pages applications using ASP.NET Core.
Applicants Must Have Working knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms, preferably ASP.NET Core Identity.
Applicants Must Have a Deep understanding of fundamental database concepts e.g., database tables, querying databases, normalization, joins, and database management systems
Applicants Must Have Working knowledge of at least one relational (SQL) database, preferably a Microsoft SQL Server
Applicants Must Have Working knowledge of at least one non-relational (NoSQL) database e.g., MongoDB
Applicants Must Have Working Knowledge of ORMs/ODMs, preferably Entity Framework Core.

Requirements for Mid-Level Java Developer

Applicants Must Have a Minimum of 3 years of experience
Applicants Must Have Proficiency in Java
Applicants Must Have Knowledge of USSD applications
Applicants Must Have Java-based web services
Applicants Must Have Relational databases
Applicants Must Have Test-driven development (TDD)
