Requirements for Chief Engineer

  • Applicants Must Have Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering Discipline (preferably  Civil or Mechanical).
  • Applicants Must Have Minimum 20 years of professional experience
  • Civil Service or Public Sector experience preferred
  • Applicants Must Have Experience working on Government projects is an added advantage.
  • Applicants Must Have Proven experience in a leadership role within the Engineering and Construction industry.
  • Applicants Must Have Strong project management skills and a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Applicants Must Have Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Applicants Must Have In-depth knowledge of engineering principles, codes, and standards.
  • Applicants Must Have Familiarity with relevant software and technology tools.
  • Applicants Must Have Commitment to safety, quality, and sustainability in engineering practices.
  • Applicants Must Have Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.
  • Applicants Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • The successful candidate will work for the RKK Group.

Requirements for Head, Human Resources Management

  • Applicants Must Have Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Related Subject
  • Applicants Must Have Post Graduate Degree is essential but not compulsory.
  • Applicants Must Have Membership in relevant professional bodies.
  • Applicants Must Have a Minimum of 10 years of work experience in managing all aspects of HR including but not limited to compensation planning, change management, organizational development, succession planning, staffing and recruitment, labor relations, performance management, training, and employee wellness.
  • Applicants Must Have Knowledge of the Engineering and Construction sectors would be an added advantage.
  • Applicants Must Have Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to build relationships and influence at all organizational levels.
  • Applicants Must Have Self-directed work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate flexibility and capability to perform well in ambiguous situations.
  • Applicants Must Have Knowledge of Nigerian Labour Laws and Regulations as well as HR global best practices.
  • Applicants Must Have the Ability to work in a fast-moving, constantly changing environment.
  • Applicants Must Have a High degree of professionalism, maturity, and confidentiality.
  • Applicants Must Have Demonstrated ability to see the big picture and provide useful and strategic advice and input across the company
  • Applicants Must Have Ability to lead in an environment of constant change.
  • Applicants Must be Creative, forward thinkers.
  • Applicants Must Have Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Applicants Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Requirements for Engineer

  • Applicants Must Have Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering Discipline;
  • Applicants Must Have 5 years of work experience in engineering, construction, or energy fields
  • Applicants Must Have Professional Membership: Preferably a professional engineer with NSE, COREN, and engineering certifications
  • Applicants Must Have Demonstrable ability to build Inverters is a MUST.
  • Applicants Must Have Demonstrated interest in renewable energy systems.
  • Willingness to adapt, learn, and grow with the company.
  • Applicants Must Have a High level of integrity
  • Applicants Must Have Ability to work effectively and harmoniously in a group.
  • Applicants Must be Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel and prioritize competing demands.
  • Applicants Must Have Knowledge of Project Management principles
  • Applicants Must demonstrate proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
