Requirements for Project Manager
- Candidate must possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or other similar fields
- Possession of an MBA is an added advantage
- Possession of a project management certification is an added advantage.
- At least 7 years of relevant working experience deploying strategies in the real estate and finance industry
- Candidate must be proficient in the use of project management software.
- Good supervisory and decision-making skills with and over professionals of different industries, and different levels of management
- A strong proven record of excellent execution of projects and timely delivery of tasks
- Candidate must possess good multi-tasking skills and a healthy sense of ownership over tasks.
- Candidate must have demonstrated the ability to communicate successfully with a diverse range of audiences.
Requirements for Marketing Manager
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years in marketing with at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing
- At least 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role, with a track record in leading marketing teams.
- Previous experience within the Real estate and Construction industry is required.
- Expertise in integrated marketing campaigns across print media, digital platforms, social media engagement, and event marketing to drive marketing campaigns.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to create and implement comprehensive marketing plans.
Requirements for Development Manager
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Real Estate Development, Urban Planning, or Real Estate Development is preferred.
- Professional qualification in PMP, NIESV, or similar preferred
- Membership of the Association of Developers is an added advantage.
- Must possess a minimum of 5 years of multiclass development experience.
- Experience managing developments under deadlines.
- Proven experience navigating Real Estate principles.
- Proficiency with Word and Excel is required; proficiency with MS Project and PowerPoint is preferred
- Good decision-making skills, sound judgment, and problem-solving approach
- Ability to take initiative and with confidence
- Knowledge of land use laws, and real estate development regulations
- Comfortable with public speaking and community presentations.
