Requirements for Brand Manager
- Applicants Must Have Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or any Health Science related field
- Applicants Must Have a Minimum of four years of experience as a Brand Manager preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Applicants Must Have Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
- Applicants Must Have Excellent understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
- Applicants Must Have Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
- Applicants Must Have Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Applicants Must Have Knowledge of data analysis and interpretation and advanced presentation skills
- Applicants Must Have Knowledge of conducting market research and intelligence.
- Applicants Must Have Ability to work and liaise with cross-functional teams.
Requirements for Chief Financial Officer
- Applicants Must Have a Minimum of Ten (10) years of management-level experience
- Applicants Must hold either ACA/ACCA with at least Fifteen (15) years of post-certification experience
- CFA or similar Financial Modelling certification will be a strong advantage
- Applicants Must Have Proven financial advisory experience
- Applicants Must Have Strong Leadership skills
- Applicants Must Have Strong financial modeling skills
- Applicants Must Have Strong negotiating skills
- Applicants Must Have Strong People management skills
- Applicants Must Have Strong personal Integrity that is attested by character witnesses
- Applicants Must Have Proactive self-starters & tenacity
- Applicants Must Have Ability to work with all levels of management, build partnerships and teams
- Applicants Must Have Highly organized and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities

Requirements for Poultry Manager
- Applicants Must Have 7+ years of experience in poultry management or related fields.
- Applicants Must Have a Strong understanding of poultry health and nutrition, techniques, and best practices.
- Applicants Must Have Leadership skills and experience managing a team.
- Applicants Must Have Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Applicants Must Have the Ability to work long hours and handle the physical demands of the job, such as lifting feed bags or inspecting poultry houses.
- Applicants Must Have Ability to handle stress and manage crises, such as disease outbreaks or supply chain disruptions.
