Requirements for Senior Finance Analyst

Applicant should possess Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or equivalent experience
Applicant must have 5 – 6 years of financial analysis and modeling experience
Applicant must have Knowledge of and experience using MiFos and BankOne core Banking apps is HIGHLY desired
Applicant must have Advanced knowledge of Excel
Applicant must have Experience and good knowledge and use of MiFos an advantage
Applicant must have Exposure in the banking sector, MFB, or a financial services company.

Requirements for Deposit Mobilization Officer

Applicant should possess Bachelor’s and/or Master’s Degree in Banking & Finance, Marketing, and any other related course.
Applicant must have 3 years minimum experience as a deposit mobilization officer.
Applicant must have Relevant experience in a Microfinance or commercial bank is highly required.
Applicant must be Target and results-oriented and willing to take responsibility.

Requirements for Business Analyst

Applicant should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in relevant Studies
Applicant must have 2+ years of proven experience in an analytics and systems development capacity
Applicant must have Proven analytical abilities and applications, including Vision
Applicant must have Proven capabilities in project and user-testing management
Applicant must have Extensive experience with data visualization
Applicant must be Highly proficient in technical writing capabilities
Applicant must be Highly proficient in PowerPoint presentation.
Applicant must have Superior presentation skills. Strong management Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft and organizational skills
Applicant must be Adaptable and capable of working in fast-paced environments
Applicant must have Two or more years of Business Analyst experience.
