Requirements for Guards Manager

Applicants should possess an HND / B.Sc
Applicants Must Have A background in security and its operations are required with over 3 years in guards’ management.
Applicants Must Have Computer literacy and general office skills are required.
Applicants Must Have Good English-speaking skills, verbal and written.
Applicants Must Have Presentation Skills, Client Relationship skills
Applicants Must Have Ability to analyze and solve problems.
Applicants Must Have the Ability to supervise and train assigned staff including organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments.

Requirements for Guard Coordinator

Applicants Must Have a Minimum of BA / BSc / HND in any Management / Social Science.
Applicants Must Have Aged: 35 – 45 years.
Applicants Must Have a minimum of 3 years of working experience in a renowned security organization.
Applicants Must Have Experience in military work will be an advantage.
Applicants Must provide a reference for contact in the last place of work.
Applicants Must be able to work with less supervision.
Applicants Must Have Ability to work under pressure.
Applicants Must Have Career and occupational resources, trends, and opportunities.
Applicants Must Have Correct English usage, oral and written communication skills
Applicants Must Have Modern office practices, procedures, and equipment.
Applicants Must Have Knowledge of record-keeping techniques.

Requirements for CCTV Technician

Applicants Must Have B.Sc., HND, OND, C&G, or Trade Test II & I in Electrical and/or Electronic Engineering / Computer Science and ICT;
Applicants Must Have Demonstrable practical experience in electrical installation work, especially on CCTV and other security products like panic buttons and access control;
Applicants Must Have a Minimum of 5 years experience in a technician role or electrical installation work;
Applicants Must Have Good English speaking skills, verbal and written;
Applicants Must Have Presentation Skills, Client Relationships, Emphasizing Excellence, High Energy Level;
Applicants Must Have Extrovert personality;
Applicants Must Have the Ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines;
Applicants Must Have Self-motivated and accustomed to working with minimum supervision;
Applicants Must Have Ability to operate in challenging and remote work locations;
Applicants Must Have the Ability to cope with Pressure.
