Requirements for Key Account Associate (Marketing Associate)
- Applicant Should possess a Bachelor’s Degree, HND, or its equivalent in Sales and Marketing or related fields.
- Applicant must have 1-3 years of experience as a Merchant Acquisition Executive in Fintech, Agency Banking Firm, or Direct Sales Executive in a Commercial Bank.
- Applicant must have a comprehensive understanding of POS business, and a great understanding of merchant business.
Requirements for Customer Service Representative
- Applicant must have BSc / HND / OND in any field of study
- Applicant must have proven experience as a customer service representative
- Applicant must have proficiency in Microsoft office.
Requirements for Cash Officer
- Applicant should possess a minimum of SSCE
- 0 – 2 years relevant work experience.
- Applicant must be confident
- Applicant must have good communication skills
- Applicant must have good customer relations skills.
