Requirements for Customer Relations Officer (NYSC)
- Applicants Must Have a B.Sc qualification
- Applicants Must Have Human management/relationship management skills
- Applicants must live around the Lekki / Ajah Axis
- Applicants Must be articulate and able to respond to emails fluently
- Applicants Must Have Computer Literate and must know using the web browser, Microsoft Word, and Excel
- Applicants Must Have Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Applicants Must Have Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Applicants Must Have Customer orientation and the ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Applicants Must Have Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Applicants Must Have Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Applicants Must Have Good comprehension / Analytical skills.
Requirements for Front-End Development Instructor
- Applicants Must Have Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Applicants Must Have At least 3 years of experience working as a Front End Developer or related role
- Applicants Must Have a Strong understanding of front-end development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React
- Applicants Must Have Proven ability to design and deliver effective lessons and training materials
- Applicants Must Have Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Applicants Must Have Strong organizational and time management skills
- Applicants Must Have Experience with teaching or mentoring is a plus.
Requirements for UI / UX Design Instructor
- Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s Degree, HND, or OND qualification
- Applicants Must Have 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design
- Applicants Must Have Good communication & presentation skills to effectively and convey concepts, solutions, and design articulations
- Applicants will be training students & working on UI/UX client projects.
- Applicants Must Have Hands-on experience with primary tools like Figma, Fig-jam, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint, MS-Excel
- Applicants Must Have Good to know tools– Sketch, Adobe Aero, WebAr, Marvel, Principle, Protopie, Blender, Lottie Files, Google Analytics
- Applicants Must Have Strong conceptualization and visualization of UI concepts and design-oriented solutions
- Applicants Must Have Understands color theory and typography usage
- Applicants Must Have Good experience in UX design principles & best practices to design solutions and a deep understanding of mobile-first approach & responsive design
- Applicants Must Have the Ability to understand requirements and articulate problem statements of the project
- Applicants Must Have Good knowledge in building content & graphics for necessary elements in mockup design
- Applicants Must Have Practiced & demonstrate user-centered design and design thinking methods.
