Requirements for Executive Assistant

• Applicants Must Have Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Applicants Must Have Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting high-level executives with 2-4 years of experience.
• Applicants Must Have Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Applicants Must Have Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Applicants Must Have Strong organizational and time management skills
• Applicants Must Have Good presentation and reporting skills
• Applicants Must Have Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Applicants Must Have Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
• Applicants Must Have Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
• Applicants Must Have Strong interpersonal skills
• Applicants Must Have Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and requirements.

Requirements for Medical officer

• Applicants Must possess an MBBS with at least 5 years post NYSC experience covering different specialties. Any relevant additional degree/training would be an advantage
• Applicants Must possess current practicing license.
• Applicants Should have good clinical acumen (excellent history taking, physical examination, requesting appropriate investigations to arrive at accurate diagnoses)
• Applicants Must Have Proficiency in procedures like suturing, IV catheterization, urethral catheterization, ear syringing, cervical cytology, IUCD insertion, and removal.
• Applicants Should have good documentation abilities to prepare high-quality summaries and reports
• Applicants Must Have Conversant with technology (previous experience in use of electronic medical record system would be an asset)
• Applicants Must Have Commitment to safety and quality of care and ability to thrive in an environment of continuous but logical and thoughtful change.
• Applicants Must Have Good verbal communication skills.
• Applicants Must Have Good team player with proven organizational and administrative skills
• Applicants Should be pleasant, patient and honest

Requirements for IVF Specialist

• MBBS
• Applicants Must Have 5 years post-specialization in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Applicants Must Have Subspecialty in Reproductive Medicine and Techniques with minimum 2 years’ experience
• Applicants Must Have performed at least 20 documented oocyte retrievals and transfer
• Applicants Must be familiar with basic ultrasound principles and equipment; mainly in its utilization for fertility related procedures as well as follicular and endometrial monitoring
• Applicants Must Have Competent in diagnostic and operative hysteroscopy
• Applicants Must Have Research experience is very desirable
