Requirements for Junior Accountant

• Applicants Must Have Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from an accredited university
• Applicants Must Have 1+ years of working for a consumer finance company, Microfinance Company, or bank.
• Applicants Must Have Great attention to detail
• Applicants Must Have Excellent written and face interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills.
• Applicants Must Have Strong mathematical skills.
• Applicants Must Have a Commitment to achieving performance goals.
• Applicants Must Have Familiarity and experience using accounting technology programs.
• Applicants Must Have Familiarity with tax accounting for finance companies in Nigeria is highly required.
• Applicants Must Have Great time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills.

Requirements for Junior Business Analyst

• Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) with a minimum of second-class upper (2.1) in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or Management Information Systems.
• Applicants Must Have 1+ years of relevant work experience.
• Applicants Must Have Preferable for individuals currently doing their NYSC or just about to start
• Applicants Must Have Experience in sales and marketing
• Applicants Must Have Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Applicants Must Have Additional knowledge of Project Management Tools such as Notion, Asana, and Trello is a plus
• Applicants Must Have Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Applicants Must Have The ability & willingness to work autonomously/independently while in alignment with a team
• Applicants Must Have A curious mind that is eager to learn & innovate.
• Applicants Must Have Strong Excel Skills.

Requirements for Direct Sales Agent

• Applicants Must be 18 years or above
• Applicants Must be able to conduct face-to-face interactions with potential customers in designated field marketing locations.
• Applicants Must Have The ability to promote and sell our products should be demonstrated within 48 hours after the interview has taken place.
• Applicants must possess the ability to walk for extended periods without experiencing fatigue
