Requirements for Graphic Designer

• First Degree in any field from a reputable institution
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a creative designer
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency with the use of Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, etc.
• A strong eye for visual composition.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.

Requirements for Business Performance Analyst

• First Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Economics or any related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst in a corporate environment
• Track record of reliably monitoring performance metrics
• Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools.
• Experience working in an agile and fast-paced environment
• In-depth understanding of Balance Scorecard
• Strong analytical/critical thinking skills
• Strong interpersonal relationship management
• Superior business judgment based on skills and experience
• Awareness of data visualization principles
• Knowledge of working with Office 365 and SharePoint
• Strong proficiency with the use of Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence analytical tools
• Sound executive presentation skills
• Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and presentation skills.
• Excellent leadership skills
• Competence in the use of MS Office

Requirements for Interface & Support Officer

• B.Sc. in Estate Management, Mechanical Engineering or any Engineering field
• Minimum of 1 – 2 years of experience in facility management set up.
• Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices
• Knowledge of Computer Management MMS is compulsory
• Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles
• Good reporting and administrative writing skill
• Good analytical/critical thinking
• Relevant professional qualification such as IFM, PFM, IFMA etc. will be an advantage
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Excellent leadership skills
• Good analytical/critical thinking
• Competence in the use of MS Office
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Attention to details
