Requirements for Project Coordinator (Interior Designs)

• Applicants Must Have Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Building Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field from an accredited university is preferred.
• Applicants Must Have a Certified project manager (PMP, PMI)
• Applicants Must Have At least 3 years of work experience, including leadership in renovations, planning, project management, and facilities management.
• Applicants Must Have Experience managing projects
• Applicants Must Have Knowledge of furniture, finishes, materials, color selections, and specifications
• Applicants Must Demonstrate fluency with basic residential and small-scale commercial building materials, details, and construction techniques.

Requirements for Retail Sales Associate

• Applicants Must Have Bachelor’s Degree / Higher National Diploma in Social Sciences, Arts, or any related field.
• Applicants Must Have Experience of a year to 2 years working as a retail sales associate.
• Applicants Must Have Experience working in a highly collaborative environment where teamwork and self-motivation were critical
• Applicants Must Have Organized and analytical, able to eliminate obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.

• Applicants Must Have Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Applicants Must Have Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Applicants Must Have Professional membership in CIPMN, SHRM, and CIPD is an added advantage.
• Applicants Must Have Robust use of Microsoft applications and HR software
