Requirements for Deposit Mobilization Officer (Kolo Savings)
- Applicants Must Have OND in Business Administration, Accounting, or any numerate disciplines and the Social Sciences.
- Applicants Must Have 0 – 2 years of work experience.
- Applicants Must Have High computer literacy.
- Applicants Must Have Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Applicants Must Have Good written and oral communication.
- Attention to detail.
- Applicants Must not be above 28 years old.
- Applicants Must Have Assertive and Self-Driven.
Requirements for Driver
- Applicants Must possess a minimum of SSCE or NABTEB with a minimum of 5 years of work experience.
- Applicants Must have a valid driver’s license with a minimum of 3 years of driving experience in a corporate organization.
- Applicants Must be residents of Ikotun, Egbeda, and its environment.
- Applicants Must not be more than 35 – 40 years of age.
Requirements for Internal Audit Manager
- Applicants should possess a B.Sc or HND in Accounts and Finance-related roles.
- Applicants Must Have Minimum 5 years of Cognate experience as an Internal Audit Manager in a Microfinance Bank is a MUST.
- Applicants Must Have Chartered membership in a relevant professional association, e.g. ACA, ICAN, or ACCA.
- Applicants Must Have Previous experience in Management and proficient use of banking software E.g BankOne
- Applicants Must Have Proficiency in Microsoft Office package, especially Excel and Word
- Applicants Must Have Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Applicants Must Demonstrate the ability to identify problems.
