Requirements for Part-Time Sales Girls (In-Shop)

• The school Certificate holder will be sufficient
• Good communication skills in English and local languages
• Ability to attend to customers in a friendly and cordial manner
• Must be based in Ketu Area. Proximity to the shop is of utmost importance
• Honesty, Integrity, and absolute Loyalty are expected.
• Attention to detail is a very important quality for this job.
• Must have a serviceable smartphone for easy communication
• Must not be Lazy.

Requirements for Admin Officer

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word.
• Working knowledge of Google Sheets
• Working Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint
• Knowledge of Accounting Software like Quickbooks and Sage
• Basic knowledge of Accounting Processing and record keeping
• Emailing (Incoming and Outgoing
• Willingness to resume early at (7:00am) and close late by (6:00pm)
• Good Interpersonal Relationship Skills
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Candidate must reside in Ikosi community of Ketu unless he is capable of not breaching resumption and closing time rules
• A male candidate is preferred based on the nature of this role

Requirements for Field Sales Agent

• An HND minimum qualification
• 2-3 years of actual field sales experience is a must.
• Experience in handling, initiating, or mediating FMCG product delivery, or experience getting people to use digital platforms is a great advantage.
• Ability to appreciate and understand the use of mobile applications and initiate sign-ups.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
• Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Highly self-motivated
• Sense of responsibility toward meeting sales targets
• Ability to work with little to no supervision while maintaining productivity
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially the ability of persuasion to provoke interest and clearly convey the benefits of a product/service to potential customers
• Familiarity with going on the field to approach individuals and businesses to convert them to customers.
• Ability to handle rejection and still maintain motivation and productivity
• Must have a serviceable smartphone, this is non-negotiable. (If you do not have a properly working smartphone do not apply)
• Smartphone and computer use competency is a must.
