Requirements for Customer Service Representative

• B.Sc, HND, OND, NCE, and other qualifications. Male and Female with working experience, fast learning, and proactive ready-to-work attitude and ability.
• Min. Years of Experience: 1 – 5 years
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Result-driven as this is a high-performance, output environment
• Ability to self-manage and self-motivate- must be a self-starter
• A dynamic and enthusiastic person with good written and verbal communication skills
• Persuasion and Influencing skills, strong negotiating skills
• Good work organization, time management skills, and ability to work under pressure
• Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
• Comfortable using computers.
• Experience working with customer support.
• Self-motivated delivers quality work and is proactive
• Ability to self-manage and self-motivate. Must be a self-starter
• A dynamic and enthusiastic person with good written and verbal communication skills

• Should be a resident of Lagos state ONLY!

Requirements for Social / Digital Media Manager

• Candidates should possess OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degrees with 1 – 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Proven work experience as a Social media manager
• Hands-on experience in content management
• Excellent copywriting skills
• Ability to deliver creative content
• Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics
• Knowledge of online marketing channels
• Excellent communication skills
• Analytical and multitasking skills.

Requirements for Operation Project Manager

• OND, HND, or First Degree in Estate / Facilities Management, Civil / Mechanical Engineering, or other relevant disciplines.
• Postgraduate degree and professional certification are a plus.
• 1 to 5 years of demonstrable experience in Facility Management.
