Requirements for Sorting Officer

• Minimum of BSc / HND qualification.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of work experience. Experience in the supply chain is an added advantage.
• Interested candidates must reside in Ilesha or its environs.
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills. Must know how to use Microsoft Office, especially MICROSOFT EXCEL.
• Technical abilities
• Ability to work well in a team and navigate stressful situations.
• Display a high level of integrity.
• Interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail.
• Must be computer literate and be able to multi-task
• Must be able to adapt and work well in a team.

Requirements for Fleet and Maintenance Manager

• B.Sc or HND in Supply Chain or any related course.
• Specialization in Fleet Management and Supply Chain is COMPULSORY. Please don’t apply if you don’t have experience in logistics specifically brewery operations.
• At least 4 years of working experience.
• Experience in Manufacturing and Accounting is an added advantage.
• Excellent record-keeping skills.
• Critical thinking skills.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office effectively.
• Ability to work well with team members and navigate stressful situations.
• Strong communication skills.
• Displays a high level of integrity.
• Candidate MUST leave in Ilesha or be willing to relocate to Ilesha.
• Working days: Monday to Saturday.

Requirements for Health and Safety Officer

• B.Sc Degree in Public Health or any related course in a health, safety, or environmental field of study
• At least 3 years experience in health and safety.
• Should be Male
• HSE Certification is COMPULSORY.
• In-depth knowledge of safety procedures.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good organization skills
• Good analytical skills and the ability to think critically
• Good public speaking skills
• Leadership skills.
