Requirements for Chief Security Officer

• First Degree (HND / B.Sc) in Business, Engineering or equivalent professional level experience
• 3-7 years of experience in facilities maintenance or equivalent related functions
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft office/ MS project; automated preventive maintenance systems.

Requirements for Facility Manager

• First Degree (HND / B.Sc) in Business, Engineering, or equivalent professional level experience
• 6 – 8 years of experience in facilities maintenance or equivalent related functions
• Knowledge of general maintenance methods, operating requirements, and safety precautions related to facilities management
• Must be a well-organized, detail and customer (internal and external) oriented self-starter
• Strong procurement and negotiation skills.

Requirements for Facility Officer

• First Degree (HND / B.Sc) in Safety Management, Information Technology Systems or a similar field.
• 7-10 years’ experience working as a security manager.
• Retired Officer
• Excellent knowledge of state and federal information security laws.
• Proven proficiency in developing physical and digital security protocols and procedures.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional managerial skills and the ability to lead a team.
• Proficiency in information management systems and knowledge of cybersecurity.
• Ability to research and stay up to date with security trends, as well as changing government and state laws.
