Requirements for Subsea Mechanical and Structural Engineer
- Applicant should possess relevant qualifications with more than 8 years in OFF Shore Projects.
Requirements for Marine Coordinator / Superintendent
- Applicant must have a Master’s or Chief Engineer License.
- Applicant must have Certification as a Vessel Inspector/Marine Surveyor by a recognized institution or authority.
- Applicant must have w Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a deck or engine officer in offshore vessel operations especially as related to activities in the oil fields.
- Applicant must have Vast experience in offshore vessel inspections and surveys.
- Applicant must have Vast knowledge of applicable local and international regulations.
- Applicant must have Good knowledge of and proficiency in inspection/survey report writing.
Requirements for HR & Admin Manager
- Applicant should possess a Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in any of the Social Sciences related disciplines
- Relevant postgraduate certification will be an added advantage.
- Applicant must have a Minimum of 10 years cognate HR Generalist experience, with 3 – 5 years in a Managerial role.
- Applicant must have Industry Experience: Oil and Gas, Engineering, Construction, FMCG (Large factories), etc.
- Applicant must have Strong recruitment skills
- Applicant must have the ability to manage Administrative functions across multiple locations
- Applicant must have Good knowledge of labor law
- Applicant must have Strong negotiation skills.
- Applicant must have a Strong grasp of HR Operational functions: onboarding, performance management, Learning & development, etc.
- Relevant Professional HR Qualifications are a must (CIPM, HRCI, or CIPD).
