Requirements for Product Sales Engineer (Turbo Machinery)

Applicants Must Have Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Applicants Must Have a Minimum of 5 years of working experience as a product sales specialist (turbo machinery)
Applicants Must Have Proficiency in fluid mechanics, separation, and filtration technology
Applicants Must Have Good technical knowledge and understanding of Turbo Machinery products and their applications.
Applicants Must Have Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Applicants Must be Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Applicants Must Have Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation abilities.

Requirements for Customer Service Representative

Applicants Must Have A Bachelor’s Degree in Art, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Applicants Must be knowledgeable in the use of QUICKBOOKS.
Applicants Must Have A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
Applicants Must Have Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Applicants Must Have Excellent customer service and sales skills.
Applicants Must Have Excellent phone and presentation skills.
Applicants Must Have Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.

Requirements for Product Sales Engineer (Monitoring and Conditioning)

Applicants Must Have B.Eng in an Engineering or related degree (Preferably Mechanical or Electrical/Electronic Engineering)
Applicants Must Have 6 – 8 years in a similar role
Applicants Must Have Technical knowledge along with sales skills to determine and understand customer needs and accordingly attend to them through the range of products and services offered by the company.
Online Condition Monitoring Systems, mainly on critical rotating equipment
Portable Condition Monitoring devices
Vibration Spectrums
Preference for Certified Vibration Analysts: VCAT 1, VCAT 2, VCAT 3 or VCAT 4.
