Requirements for Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP)

Applicants Must Have Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or other related fields.
Applicants Must Have At least 5 years of experience in the same/similar field.
Applicants Must Have Confidence in working independently and as part of a team.
Applicants Must Have the Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
Applicants Must Have Effective written and oral communications skills including the ability to prepare reports, proposals, policies, and procedures.

Requirements for GPS Tracking Officer

Applicants Must Have a Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized tertiary institution
Applicants Must Have Higher education, courses in security training, and another relevant field as an asset
Applicants Must Have a Minimum of 2 years of progressive working experience in a similar position
Applicants Must Have Proven experience working with vehicles, dispatch, fleet management, tracking
Applicants Must Have Working knowledge of safety or security operations and Good geographic knowledge of key areas.

Requirements for Internal Control Manager

Applicants Must Have At least 7+ years of experience from a similar position in a haulage and logistic company.
Applicants Must Have Relevant professional certification (ACA, ACCA) is a plus
Applicants Must Have Strong experience and interest in how technology and systems can support internal control effectiveness and efficiency
Applicants Must Have a Solid understanding and experience with internal control frameworks
Applicants Must Have Strong analytical skills including the ability to spot, assess and address risk, materiality, and interdependencies and translate it into impact analysis for the financial reporting and recommendations for improvement
Applicants Must Have Strong communication skills presenting internal control and risk matters understandably across various forums and levels of the organization with the right level of detail.
Applicants Must Have Strong oral and written communication skills, including sound presentational skills.
Applicants Must Have Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work as part of a multi-cultural team.
Applicants Must Have Adaptable to working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Applicants Must Have Striving for continuous improvement and optimization
Applicants Must Have the Ability to work well independently as well as the ability to work well with stakeholders and communicate the benefits of tax initiatives.
Applicants Must Have Flexibility in resolving issues and addressing changing priorities.
