Requirements for Programs & Events Lead
- Applicant should possess a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Business, Agricultural Economics, and/or Financial Inclusion.
- Applicant must have a minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience in event management, agribusiness, agri-finance, and agriculture value chains is required with a special focus on Nigeria.
- Applicant must have excellent project management skills managing multiple projects at once
- Shows innovation and creativity through problem-solving and decision making
- Applicant must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present information in a clear and compelling way
- Applicant must have strong curiosity & self-drive, be able to prioritize, work independently and manage own time, with limited supervision.
Requirements for Programs Partnership Officer
- Applicant should possess an Advanced University Degree in Communications, Agricultural Economics, or any other related courses.
- Applicant must have at least 4 years of progressively responsible professional experience in donor relations, fundraising, partnerships, communication, and program implementation in a global organization.
- Applicant must have strong conceptual thinking to create relevant advocacy materials for projects and activities with innovative elements.
- Applicant must have the ability to build and strengthen and leverage a range of relationships using formal and informal opportunities. Collaborative spirit and ability to tactfully engage with a wide range of people at all levels and across different cultures and to act with credibility and diplomacy.
- Applicants must have the ability to plan, anticipate requirements, problems, and obstacles, juggle competing priorities successfully, and work to tight deadlines with a high degree of autonomy.
Requirements for Content Writer
- Applicant should possess a B.Sc Degree in a related field with 2 – 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Investment writing with experience in writing on a wide range of investment products, services, and asset classes for institutional, intermediary, and retail investors.
- Applicant must be reliable and able to meet all deliverable deadlines
- Applicant must work well in a team / collaborative environment
- Applicant must have strong conceptual thinking to create relevant advocacy materials for projects and activities with innovative elements.
- Applicant must have the ability to plan, anticipate requirements, problems, and obstacles, juggle competing priorities successfully and work to tight deadlines with a high degree of autonomy.
