Requirements for User Experience Manager

• Applicants Must Have Customer facing experience
• Applicants Must Have Experience in negotiating contracts.
• Applicants Must Have Experience in Airline Sales and Marketing.
• Applicants Must Have a Good understanding of reservation systems and interpretation of available data.
• Applicants Must be able to spot and interpret market trends.
• Applicants Must Have PC literate with knowledge of Word/PowerPoint/Excel.
• Applicants Must Have Influencing skills in order to deal with internal and external customers.
• Applicants Must Have a Command of the English language.

Requirements for Group Head, Human Resources

• Applicants Must Have At least ten (10) years of human resource management experience is required.
• SPHRI/ GPHR or SHRM-SCP is highly preferred.

• Policy Development and Change Management Skills
• Applicants Must Have Strategic Planning and Management

Requirements for Sales Account Manager

• Applicants Must Have Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a relevant field such as Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, User Experience, or a related discipline.
• Applicants Must Have Proven experience in UX design, user research, and team management.
• Applicants Must Have Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, InVision, etc.
• Applicants Must Have a Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Applicants Must Have Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and departments.
• Applicants Must Have an Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret user data and insights to drive design decisions.
• Applicants Must Have Knowledge of usability and accessibility standards and guidelines.
• Applicants Must Have Leadership skills to motivate and guide a team of designers and researchers.
• Applicants Must Have Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing design challenges
