Requirements for Junior Auditor

• Minimum Educational standard: OND, B.Sc. / HND in Accounting.
• Minimum Working Experience: Three (3) Years and above.
• Must have worked in an Audit firm previously.
• Analyze and verify financial records.
• Assist and learn from more experienced Auditors in the execution of a high-quality audit for a variety of clients in different industries
• Learn, understand, and apply the right Audit Methodology while preparing clear and well-structured audit documentation
• Collaborate with engagement teams and client representatives.

Requirements for Accountant

• Minimum Educational standard: OND, B.Sc./HND in Accounting.
• Minimum Working Experience: Four (4) Years and above.
• Consulting Experience is a must.
• Manufacturing Experience will be an added advantage.
• Proven experience as an Accounts Assistant in the accounts office.
• Proficient in MS Office
• Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
• Strong ethics, Integrity, and reliability.
• Sound understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
• Analytical mind with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Critical thinker with a high proficiency in math.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent report writing, communication, and IT skills.
• Advanced competency in Microsoft Office and Accounting software packages.

Requirements for HR Officer

• Minimum Educational standard: B.Sc / HND in Business Administration & Economics, Industrial Relations, or relevant field; further training will be a plus.
• HR Certification will be an added advantage (E.g. PHR from the HR Certification Institute, CIPM, and others.
• Minimum Working Experience: Four (4) Years and above.
• Consulting Experience is a must.
• Manufacturing Experience will be an added advantage.
• Proven experience as an HR officer, administrator, or other HR position.
• Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, HRIS, training & development, etc.)
• Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus.
• Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
• Strong ethics and reliability.
